Comparison

Carrots vs SalesWise B2B

SalesWise publishes the lowest supplier-side price in this market, at AUD99 a month. Their public detail is thin, which is worth knowing before you look.

What SalesWise B2B is

The lowest published price on this market

Their pricing page lists Standard at AUD99 a month for 3 users and 3 salespeople on one warehouse, Advance at AUD199 for 6 salespeople and two warehouses, and Premium at AUD499 for unlimited users and warehouses, with a one-month trial for $1. That is the lowest supplier-side number we found anywhere in this market. We publish ours as well, and we are several times dearer: $349 a month for Starter against their $99.

Aimed at wholesalers and warehouses broadly

They describe an “All-in-one platform for wholesalers with a single backoffice”, with real-time inventory tracking, secure online payments, delivery tracking, free migration and fast onboarding. Food and beverage is one of several industry pages rather than the whole company.

An Australian business you can ring

A 1300 number and an Australian domain, with the site credited to Achyut Labs. For a distributor who wants somebody local on the phone, that is worth something and it is the same argument we make for ourselves.

What we could not establish

Their public site is light. On 13 September 2026 we found no documentation of how price books, contract pricing, quantity breaks, order minimums, delivery cut-offs, GST treatment or ERP integration work. All of that may exist and we are not going to assert that it does not. What we can say is that you will not answer those questions from the website, and at a dollar for a month the trial is the fastest way to find out.

What Carrots is

Trade pricing is the centre of the product

A base list, a customer's price book, a negotiated contract line, a quantity break and a promotion all landing on the same product on the same day, resolved in one chain, so the cart, the invoice and the ERP agree on the number.

Food and beverage only

Every default, every industry page and every trade rule in Carrots assumes you distribute food or drink to venues. That is a narrower bet than a general wholesale platform, and it is deliberate.

Australian tax and payments, specifically

GST with per-product treatment, ABN validated on trade applications, tax invoices rendered from your own Word template, and card, PayTo, BECS direct debit, Afterpay and Zip.

You can evaluate us without talking to us

The subscription price, the full capability list and a feature checklist are all on this site, including the questions where the answer is no. What is not published is implementation, because that genuinely differs between two businesses of the same size and an invented number would be the wrong one.

Side by side

Where the answers actually differ

No ticks and no scores. A tick means whatever the vendor filling it in wants it to mean.

Choose SalesWise B2B if

  • Budget is the binding constraint. AUD99 a month is a fraction of anything else on this market and the trial costs a dollar.
  • You run warehouses and want inventory, delivery tracking and ordering together at that price.
  • Your trade pricing is simple, or close to it.
  • You would rather try software than read about it, which their trial makes cheap and our lack of one does not.

Choose Carrots if

  • Your pricing is the complicated part, and the invoice disagreeing with the order is a real cost.
  • You want Australian GST, ABN validation and your own invoice template handled properly.
  • You want your ERP left as the system of record rather than becoming a second one.
  • You want to know what a platform does not do before you sign rather than during implementation.
