Invoices, payments and tax that reconcile themselves

Late payment is the tax independents pay for being easy to deal with. Carrots puts payment where the order is: customers can see what they owe, pay it, or set up a direct debit, without an email thread and a bank transfer reference nobody fills in correctly.

01

Payment methods buyers already use

Card, PayTo and BECS direct debit, and buy-now-pay-later through Afterpay and Zip, all through Stripe. A venue that can pay the way it prefers pays sooner.

02

Invoices and statements that stand up

A compliant Australian tax invoice with your ABN and GST calculated correctly, rendered from your own template, plus account statements customers can pull themselves.

03

GST handled properly

Ten percent GST end to end, with a per-product taxable flag for the lines that are not. Prices are held ex-GST and totals are shown inclusive, which is what a venue expects to see.

04

Visibility on what is owed

Outstanding balances, pay-by dates and overdue state, on both sides. Your customer sees it in their portal and your AR team sees it in the back office.
