This is a plain-language summary and is still under review. Where you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement governs and takes precedence over anything on this page.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to usecarrots.com, this website. They do not govern use of the Carrots platform, which is covered by the separate written agreement between DLAD IT and each distributor.
What is on this website
We describe what the platform does as accurately as we can, and we mark clearly where something is in development rather than shipping. Even so, descriptions on a marketing site are not a specification and are not a contractual commitment. What we owe you is set out in the agreement you sign.
Illustrations of the product on this site contain invented sample data. They are not screenshots of any real customer’s account.
Content and trade marks
The text, design and graphics on this site belong to DLAD IT. Product names belonging to other companies are mentioned only to describe what we integrate with, and remain the property of their owners.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, and we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never contain a mistake. If you spot something wrong, telling us is genuinely useful.
