Pricing
Priced on what you actually run
We do not publish a per-seat number, because distribution does not price that way and a number on this page would be wrong for most of the businesses reading it. Here is exactly what drives the cost, and what is included, so the first conversation starts from something real.

Every tier includes unlimited trade accounts, orders and users. Getting set up is scoped and quoted separately, because a clean catalogue and a live ERP connector are very different pieces of work. See how implementation runs.
What drives the number
No surprises on the second invoice
Four things move the price. You can work out roughly where you sit before you talk to anyone.
Which capabilities you actually need
The tiers differ by what they do, not by how big you are. There is no cap on trade accounts, orders or users at any level, so growing does not quietly move you up a bracket. You move up when you need contract pricing, delivery runs or approval workflows, and not before.
Whether you need an ERP connector
A live connector that reads your ERP on a schedule is a different piece of work to a one-off CSV import. If your ERP is not one we already integrate with, that is scoped as its own line rather than buried in a subscription.
How much of the catalogue work you want to do
Product data is where implementations stall. If your catalogue is clean, this is quick. If it needs images, pack sizes and allergen data assembled, we can do that, and it costs.
Payment volume
Card and direct debit processing is charged through by Stripe at their rates. We do not mark it up, and we will show you the numbers.
